Environmentally Friendly
The SteriMed System uses no radiation, heat or microwaves. SteriMed prepares disinfected waste for landfills or sewage waste disposal. The SteriMed process disinfects infectious medical wastes, reduces its volume and prepares the solids for disposal as regular garbage. The liquids are permitted to be drained into the sewer.
